AI Invoice & Expense Digitization
Community equivalent of Enterprise document digitization, with no IAP credits: every PDF or image received (purchase email alias, drag and drop onto the journal, expense attachment) is read by a vision model and turned into a draft vendor bill or expense:
vendor (lookup by VAT number, email, name; optional creation),
number, invoice and due dates, currency,
lines with quantity, unit price and VAT rate (matched to Odoo taxes),
totals check and a note in the chatter if there is a discrepancy,
extraction log (duration, tokens, status) to track the cost.
Supported AI providers: Anthropic (native PDF), OpenAI, Mistral, xAI Grok (OpenAI-compatible API). API key stored in the system parameters.
