Overview
Dougs Bridge — Accounting Export
A single point of entry: Odoo. The bridge selects validated documents (customer invoices, credit notes, vendor bills, approved expense reports), generates a batch (PDF + Factur-X XML for sales + CSV journal) and sends it to the Dougs accounting firm through the channel of your choice:
Email — sends the batch to the firm's collection address;
SFTP or shared folder (Google Drive / Nextcloud synced to the server);
Download — a ZIP file to upload to Dougs yourself;
Configurable HTTP endpoint — each document is sent as a multipart POST to the URL, with the key and paths you enter. This channel does not embed any Dougs address: Dougs does not publish public integration API documentation. It works with any firm that provides you with an endpoint, and a “Test connection” button checks the configuration before the first submission.
Each document keeps its status (to send / sent / error), failures can be replayed, a report is emailed after each batch, and a scheduled action can run the export daily or weekly.
Compatible with Odoo Community and Enterprise. Works for any accounting firm that accepts documents by email, SFTP, shared folder or HTTP endpoint — not just Dougs.
