Overview
French Non-Profit Association Management (loi 1901) Lite — DYONYSOS
The free edition, with no time limit and no cap. It runs a French association governed by the law of July 1, 1901 day to day: members, their dues, general meetings and board mandates.
Member records. Member record with fee category, linked responsible persons (mixin dyo.metiers.beneficiary.mixin from the dyo_metiers_common base module: legal representative for a minor member, payer for a family membership), record status and GDPR legal purge.
Membership fees and their due dates. Fixed-amount fee categories, fee calls, due date tracking and automatic switch to overdue when no payment is recorded. The treasurer marks a fee as paid in one click, without needing a chart of accounts.
General meetings. Attendance sheet with proxies, automatic calculation of whether quorum is reached (as a percentage of active members or as a fixed number, according to the association's bylaws).
Elected offices. Tracking of board positions (chair, treasurer, secretary...) with their terms of office, and a check that a single-holder position is not held by two people over overlapping periods.
What the free edition does not do
No membership fee invoicing, no automatic email reminders, no donations or tax receipts (Cerfa): see the full edition dyo_association, which installs on top of this one without asking for anything again.
Free means free
No time limit, no cap on members, dues or general meetings, no advertising banner in the work screens. This is not a trial.
