Law Firm Management Lite — DYONYSOS
The free edition, with no time limit and no cap. It runs a law firm day to day: matters, time spent, procedural deadlines.
Professional secrecy is in the free edition, deliberately. Article 66-5 of French Law No. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971 is absolute: an associate must only see the cases for which they are the lead lawyer, or to which they have been explicitly added. This partitioning is not a paid option — it is a record rule applied to the case and, in mirror, to its time entries and deadlines. A firm that cannot guarantee this cannot use the software at all.
Client matters. Client, lead attorney, authorized associates, type of litigation, sequential reference, additional contacts.
Time spent. Time-stamped tasks, billable or not, with the hourly rate entered on the task, automatic valuation.
Procedural deadlines. A deadline schedule per case, with a scheduled action that creates an activity for the lead lawyer as the deadline approaches.
