The “invoicing” extension of the free edition dyo_centre_aere_lite. Stays, age groups, registrations, staff, attendance and the regulatory staffing ratio (calculated in real time, with an alert) come from the free module; this one adds invoicing based on the family quotient and the daily attendance report intended for an inspection.

Invoicing based on the family quotient. Calculated on the child's actual attendance (days actually checked in as present) and a price grid by family quotient (the scale-based pricing mixin from the dyo_metiers_common base), with deduction of absence days whose reason is not billable (e.g. medical certificate). The customer invoice is generated directly (account.move) — this module does not reimplement Accounting. Unlike dyo_creches, where invoicing is monthly and recurring, a day-camp stay is a fixed period: a single invoice per enrollment covers the entire stay.

Daily attendance record. For a stay and a period (one specific group or all), prints the named list of children and supervisors actually present each day, with compliance of that day's supervision ratio — the document to produce in the event of an inspection (SDJES or equivalent).

Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): no electronic filing of attendance numbers with the SDJES, no invoicing of transport providers, a single invoice per enrollment (no splitting into several installments within the same stay).
