Residential Concierge Lite — DYONYSOS
The free edition, with no time limit and no cap. It runs a residential concierge service day to day: residences, residents, their service requests, service providers and scheduling of interventions.
App for a concierge service that serves the long-term residents of a building or residential complex (condominium managers, social housing landlords, small residential concierge services), not guests of short-term rentals — a deliberate scope choice, see the dedicated section below.
Residences and residents. Each building or residence served, with its property manager or reference manager and the history of its service requests.
Qualified service requests. A request (resident, residence, type of service, priority) is assigned to a chosen service provider.
Service providers. Internal (concierge staff) or external (subcontractors), with their specialties — without their rates, which are reserved for the full edition.
Scheduled and tracked service calls. Assigning a request creates the linked service call, scheduled in a shared calendar (calendar.event) and then marked as done. The resident is notified by email at each status change.
What the free edition does not do
No resident subscription, no package, no recurring monthly billing and no actual service cost (the cost paid to the provider, the price billed to the resident and the concierge's margin on an outsourced service): see the full edition dyo_conciergerie, which installs on top of this one without asking for anything again.
Free means free
No time limit, no cap on residences, requests or service calls, no advertising banner in the work screens. This is not a trial.
