Management app for an independent consulting firm or a freelancer, for Odoo 19 Community. This module depends on the free module “Consulting & Freelance — engagements, time spent and time-and-materials invoicing (free)” (`dyo_conseil_freelance_lite`) and installs on top of it: all engagements, time entries, expense reports and rates already recorded stay exactly as they are; no existing table or field is changed. This module only adds milestone-based fixed-fee tracking, the dashboard, PDF reports and automatic reminders.

The real problem. The free module already covers data entry: engagements, time spent, rate grid, expense reports and time-and-materials invoicing. But a manager also needs to run fixed-price engagements with a budget that is never silently exceeded, to see the month's profitability coming without reopening a spreadsheet, and to issue the documents clients expect without retyping them by hand.

Fixed price and milestones. A fixed-price engagement carries a total amount, an internal hours budget and priced milestones. Each milestone reached is invoiced independently. No silent overruns: beyond the initial hours budget (plus explicitly recorded amendments), time entry is refused until the manager has either recorded an amendment or explicitly checked the overrun authorization.

Automatic reminders. Two scheduled actions create an Odoo activity, with no duplicate while it remains open: a fixed-fee package whose hour budget is nearing its limit, and validated billable time that is aging without being invoiced.

PDF reports. Business proposal and monthly activity report, in the company's branding — the invoice remains the standard one from Odoo Accounting.

Dashboard. Average daily rate achieved, billable utilization rate per consultant, unbilled work in progress, total margin and average margin rate, revenue for the month.

Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): no full project management (task scheduling, dependencies) — only time spent and invoicing; no standard legal master agreement or ready-to-use terms and conditions; no self-service client portal beyond the standard Odoo portal (viewing invoices); no market daily-rate calculation or pricing benchmark.

Demo data: extends the free module's data — a fixed-price engagement with one milestone invoiced and one reached but pending, a fixed-price engagement close to its budget with an amendment already recorded, and the initial trigger of the fixed-price budget reminder.
