Management app for a daycare center or a micro-daycare, for Odoo 19 Community.

Child records. Child record with legal guardians, payer, emergency contacts and third parties authorized to pick up the child (mixin dyo.metiers.beneficiary.mixin from the dyo_metiers_common base module), permissions (image rights, outings), medical information and family quotient.
Care contracts. Regular care on a monthly hourly package, or occasional care. The hourly rate is resolved automatically from a rate grid based on family quotient (mixin dyo.metiers.pricing.grid.mixin from the base module) — the principle of the Prestation de Service Unique (PSU, the French daycare funding scheme), without imposing its exact calculation method: the grid is fully configurable.
Scheduling and attendance. Planned attendance by day, half-day or time range, with a maximum capacity check: an attendance that would exceed the facility's capacity for its slot is rejected. Actual arrivals and departures are clocked.
Monthly invoicing. Calculated on the contract and actual attendance: extra hours beyond the package, absences deducted or not depending on their reason (reasons shared from the base, with their "remains billable" checkbox). The calculation produces a quotation (sale.order) and then an invoice (account.move) through the standard Sales/Accounting mechanisms — this module reimplements neither.
Occupancy rate tracking. A wizard to calculate the facility's occupancy rate over a period (occupied child-days relative to available capacity).
Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): no automated recurring weekly schedule, no management of multiple facilities with different capacities per room, no online parent space, no PAJEMPLOI filing or direct link with the CAF.
Demo data: three children, two contracts (regular and occasional), a three-tier rate grid, a month of attendance with overtime hours and a deductible absence, and calculated monthly billing.
