A management app for practices of self-employed nurses, for Odoo 19 Community.

Patient records. Patient record linked to a primary care physician and a mutual insurer (mixin dyo.metiers.beneficiary.mixin from the dyo_metiers_common base module: record reference, linked responsible persons, record status, GDPR legal purge). This module deliberately applies data minimization: it stores neither social security numbers nor medical care records — only what is needed to code and invoice procedures.

Prescriptions. Recording of a medical prescription with its validity period and the frequency of the prescribed care. An alert is raised when a prescription reaches its expiry date without a renewal having been recorded.

Rounds. Planning of a daily round, with several patients in visiting order, planned time and actual visit time.

NGAP coding — fully configurable. The Nomenclature Générale des Actes Professionnels (French nomenclature of professional procedures: AMI and AIS key letters, IK/IFD travel allowances, surcharges) contains no value hard-coded in the code: every key letter, every procedure code and every surcharge is a configuration record that the practice enters and updates itself, as agreement amendments are issued. Important: this module does not update any value automatically and does not guarantee the accuracy of any rate — see the dedicated section of this listing and the README.

Travel allowances. Calculated according to a scale that is itself configurable, either as a mileage allowance (distance x rate per kilometer) or as a flat-rate travel allowance.

Billing statement. Consolidation of the procedures performed for a patient over a period, then generation of a customer invoice (account.move) through the standard mechanisms of the Accounting app — this module does not reimplement invoicing. A printable summary report accompanies each statement.

Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): no Sesam-Vitale electronic transmission (requires approval and a card reader), no automatic update of the procedure coding nomenclature, no full nursing care record in the regulatory sense (macro-target, targeted handover notes), and it does not solve the question of health data hosting (see below).

Important — health data hosting (HDS). This module processes personal health data (patient identity, care procedures). Depending on the hosting option chosen for your Odoo instance, the hosting provider (and sometimes the software publisher) may be subject to the French Hébergeur de Données de Santé (HDS, health data hosting) certification. This module does not provide any HDS-certified hosting and does not guarantee compliance: it is up to you to verify your own regulatory obligations based on where your Odoo is hosted, with a legal advisor if needed, before going live.

Demo data: three patients with guardians and primary care physician, two prescriptions (including one expiring without renewal), a round with several patients, an illustrative NGAP fee schedule (fictitious values, not contractual), several coded procedures with surcharges and a consolidated billing statement, ready to be invoiced.
