Private landlords and managers of a few units
Overview
Rental Management Lite — DYONYSOS
The free version of the rental property management app for Odoo 19 Community. Free for good: no time limit, no record cap, no advertising banner in the work screens.
What it does
Rental units — floor area, rooms, address, occupancy status computed from current leases.
Leases — tenant, dates, rent excluding charges, service charge advances, security deposit, guarantors and file documents.
Rent receipts — monthly generation, compliant PDF with configurable mandatory statements, email delivery, tracking of unpaid rent and automatic reminders via a scheduled action.
Condition reports — move-in and move-out, room by room, with their PDF.
What it does not do
The rent index review — review frequency, IRL index (French rent reference index), calculation and application to the lease and subsequent rent receipts.
The annual service charge reconciliation — recoverable charge categories, actual charges, balance to invoice or refund, and the corresponding invoice.
Both belong to the full edition, Rental Management. The two modules install on top of each other: nothing needs to be re-entered.
Key points
- What the full edition does, and this one does not
- No time limit — this is not a trial period
- No cap on units, leases or rent receipts
