MRP N1 — Bills of Materials & Routings (DYONYSOS)

The Odoo Community Manufacturing app is solid but minimal on technical data. This app enriches it where French industrial SMEs (mechanical engineering, food processing, subcontracting) need it day to day:

• Multi-level explosion of a bill of materials with cumulative quantities, unit and total costs, loop detection, XLSX export.

• Comparison of two bills of materials (added and removed lines, changed quantities, operations) — ideal between two versions.

• Versioning of bills of materials and operations: draft → active → obsolete, effective date, history, only one active version per family.

• Calculated cost price: materials (recursive), labor (time × fully loaded hourly cost), overheads (company coefficient), “Cost price sheet” PDF report, update of the finished product's standard cost.

• Enhanced routings: setup time, unit time, transfer time, reference batch size, instructions, required skill, attached files; fully loaded hourly cost and skills on work centers.

• Manufactured product technical sheet (PDF) and multi-level where-used from the product form.

Demo data: a machining SME (VH-200 hydraulic cylinder, 3 BoM levels, 4 work centers).
