MRP N2 — Scheduling & MPS (DYONYSOS)

The Odoo Community Manufacturing app launches and tracks manufacturing orders, but does not tell you whether a work center is over capacity or whether a customer commitment will be met. This app adds the DYONYSOS Level 2 “control” layer, without depending on any other app in the portfolio:

• Work center load: automatic calculation of the load per work center and per day from scheduled work orders (times taken from the routing), with a fallback to a default time configurable at work center level for manufacturing orders without a detailed routing. Pivot / graph view of load vs available capacity (capacity derived from the work center's resource calendar, or from a fallback daily capacity).

• Simplified Master Production Schedule (MPS): by product and by week, requirement (entered sales demand + planned manufacturing orders) compared with the product's production capacity; alert when exceeded.

• Milestones on manufacturing orders: start date, free intermediate milestone, customer commitment date (deadline); milestone status and delay calculated automatically, color indicator on the list and kanban views of manufacturing orders.

• Manual sequencing of pending manufacturing orders on a work center: a drag-and-drop sortable list, grouped by current work center and by day.

• Automatic delay alerts: every day, an activity is scheduled for the person responsible for any manufacturing order whose customer commitment date has passed.

Demo data: a metal joinery workshop with several work centers and ongoing manufacturing orders, some of them late.
