Management app for a portage salarial company (umbrella employment) or a small organization managing a few ported consultants, for Odoo 19 Community. This module depends on the free module “Portage salarial — consultants, engagements, time spent (free)” (`dyo_portage_salarial_lite`) and installs on top of it: all consultants, engagements, time entries and business expenses already recorded stay exactly as they are; no existing table or field is changed. This module only adds the activity account, management fees, the dashboard, automatic reminders and PDF reports.

The real problem. A portage salarial (umbrella employment) company calculates its management fees in a spreadsheet, and struggles to produce a clear, up-to-date activity account for each umbrella consultant — the most scrutinized document in the business, and the one most often rebuilt by hand at the end of each month.

The free module already covers umbrella-employed consultants, engagements at a daily rate or fixed price, time spent and business expenses, with invoicing of end clients. This paid module adds the core document of the trade and the management tools that cannot be rebuilt by hand in a spreadsheet:

Management fees. Calculated automatically on the revenue collected over the period, at a rate configured by the umbrella company — never a rate hard-coded, as the regulations set no single rate.

Activity statement. Periodic document for the ported consultant: revenue collected, management fees deducted, business expenses reimbursed, salary paid (entered manually, from your payroll software) and allocation to the financial reserve, with a balance carried forward automatically from one period to the next — the full history of a consultant over the entire term of their contract.

Alerts. Revenue below a configured threshold, if the umbrella company sets one; activity account insufficient to cover the month's salary; overdue customer invoice. Three indicators that create an Odoo activity, never duplicated while it remains open.

PDF reports. Monthly activity report for the ported consultant and a complementary customer invoice layout highlighting the relevant engagement and consultant — the invoice itself remains the standard one from Odoo Accounting.

Dashboard. Revenue invoiced to end clients, the umbrella company's margin (management fees collected), cumulative financial reserve, unbilled work in progress, ongoing engagements.

Regulatory — everything is configurable, nothing is hard-coded. Portage salarial (umbrella employment) is governed by Ordinance No. 2015-380 of 2 April 2015 and the extended industry agreement (collective agreement of 22 March 2017), which provides for a guaranteed minimum monthly pay for the umbrella employee, although the management fee rate itself is not a single statutory rate. No management fee rate, minimum pay threshold or financial reserve rate is hard-coded: these are settings specific to each umbrella company, to be checked before any commercial statement or any actual payroll calculation.

Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): it does not produce the payslip; it calculates neither social security contributions nor employer/employee charges; it does not verify compliance with the collectively agreed minimum salary of the umbrella employment sector; it does not manage the mandatory financial guarantees of the umbrella company. This module prepares the activity account that feeds a payroll tool — it replaces neither payroll nor legal advice on the umbrella employment collective agreement.
