Taxi & Private Hire Management for Odoo Online — SaaS version with no Python code: software for independent taxi operators and small fleets: fare pricing by time slot according to your prefectural rate schedule, monthly invoicing of corporate accounts and CPAM-contracted patient transport.
Overview
Taxis — Rides, drivers and third-party-payer invoicing — DYONYSOS
A management app for owner-operator taxi drivers and small fleets, for Odoo 19 Community.
Also searched as: Odoo taxi software, taxi ride management, taxi time-and-distance fare, CPAM (French health insurance) billing for seated patient transport, corporate taxi billing. English version: French taxi fleet management for Odoo Community — rides, regulated fare grid, health-insurance (CPAM) agreements and grouped corporate billing.
The real problem. Independent taxi drivers and small fleets track their trips and their business/CPAM (French health insurance) billing in a receipt book or spreadsheet, with a risk of errors on regulated fares and manual, time-consuming third-party billing to the CPAM.
Regulated fares — fully configurable, the sensitive point of this module. Taxi fares are set by prefectoral order (pick-up charge, time-and-distance rate by time slot — day, night, return trip —, waiting rate, surcharges) and vary every year and by département. No fare is hard-coded: the fare grid is a set of configuration records that you enter and update yourself, as the prefectoral orders are issued. Once a ride is recorded, its fare is copied as a snapshot and is never recalculated retroactively: a ride in March keeps the March fare even if the grid changes in April.
Rides. Client, driver, vehicle, route, distance, waiting time, rate slot (day/night/empty return) and extras (luggage, additional passenger...). A non-blocking alert flags when the configured maximum fare is exceeded — a consistency check, never a block.
Drivers and vehicles. Vehicle record (registration, parking/operating permit), driver record (professional card with validity tracking) and history of driver-to-vehicle assignments.
CPAM / mutual insurer agreements. A ride linked to a transport agreement for seated patient transport likewise calculates automatically, as a snapshot, the share covered by the insurer and the share payable by the client (patient co-payment, ticket modérateur).
Grouped invoicing. Groups the trips of a corporate client or a CPAM (French health insurance fund) over a period into a single invoice (account.move, using the standard mechanisms of the Accounting module — this module does not reimplement invoicing), with a printable summary report in preparation for CPAM billing.
Revenue. Rides can be grouped by driver or by vehicle over the period of your choice, directly from the ride list.
Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): it does not update any regulated rate automatically (local prefectoral orders, to be entered and revised by you); it does not electronically transmit any CPAM invoice (a standard specific to each fund, to be checked with the local office before going live); no geolocation or online booking center; it neither verifies nor issues the professional card or the parking authorization (ADS), it only tracks their validity.
Demo data: two vehicles, two drivers with their assignment history, an illustrative rate grid (FICTITIOUS values, not contractual), a CPAM agreement, several rides (including one under the CPAM agreement) and a consolidated corporate invoice, ready to be billed.
