Overview
DYONYSOS Public Sector — Technical Foundation
Free technical building block, installed automatically by the municipal apps. It cannot be installed on its own and provides no screens.
It carries two things shared by all services.
The rate grid based on the family quotient — school canteen, after-school care, leisure center, music conservatory: the same grid voted by the council, written once. A family whose quotient falls in no bracket produces an explicit error, not a zero rate that would be invoiced without anyone noticing.
And the security privilege under which each department's roles are grouped: cemetery, library, rooms, grants. Without it, each application would create its own grouping, and the access rights screen would become unreadable from the second one onward.
