MCP Server for Odoo
Exposes your Odoo to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), with no middleware or external server: the /mcp endpoint is served by Odoo itself.
Safety first
Authentication with a native Odoo API key (scope odoo.mcp) — revocable, with an expiration date, tied to a real user.
Every call runs with this user's permissions: Odoo's business rules, groups, record rules and multi-company settings apply.
Model whitelist: nothing is exposed until you have allowed it, with read / write / create / delete permissions set case by case and an optional restriction domain.
Audit log of each call: tool, model, records affected, duration, IP address, any error.
MCP tools provided
odoo_list_models, odoo_model_fields, odoo_search, odoo_read, odoo_count, odoo_read_group, odoo_create, odoo_write, odoo_unlink, odoo_call_method (method allowlist) and odoo_search_partners. MCP resources: schema of each authorized model.
Compatible with Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise. No additional Python dependencies.
