CSA and Farmers' Markets (free) — DYONYSOS
A free management app for a CSA (AMAP) or producer collective, on Odoo 19 Community. The complete foundation for the season: contracts, distributions, pickups and volunteer shifts, with the business rules that prevent data entry mistakes.

The real problem. An AMAP (French community-supported agriculture association) manages its seasonal contracts and weekly distribution check-ins in a spreadsheet, and struggles to track who came to collect their basket and whether the volunteer duty rota is properly covered.
Seasonal contracts. A contract links a member to a producer for a period, with one or more committed product lines (weekly quantity, price). The number of planned deliveries and the total amount for the season are calculated automatically, remain adjustable case by case, and confirming the contract checks that the total volume committed for each product does not exceed the availability declared by the producer.
Distributions. Weekly schedule of sessions (date, location), with detection of overlapping time slots at the same location, and a button that generates the pickups to check off for all active contracts in the session, with no duplicates if pressed twice.
Basket collection. Collected / not collected check-off, with the handling chosen for an uncollected basket according to the AMAP's charter (donation to a charity, composting, redistribution...).
Volunteer shifts. Shift rota per distribution, refusing to assign the same volunteer to two overlapping slots, with an alert if the configured minimum number of volunteers is not reached as the session approaches.
Automatic reminders. Two scheduled actions create an Odoo activity for the coordinator, with no duplicate while the activity remains open: an uncollected basket left unprocessed, and a volunteer shift to fill before the distribution.
Nothing is hard-coded. The default duration of a distribution, the minimum volunteer staffing per shift, the reminder period and the default handling of an uncollected basket are company settings, adjustable in Settings.
What the free edition does not do
No contract invoicing, no reminders for late payments, no automatically composed standard basket, no dashboard and no PDF reports (distribution sheet, production forecast per producer): see the full edition dyo_amap, which installs on top of this one without asking for or re-entering anything.
And in neither edition: no management of the farm production logistics themselves, no integrated online payment (AMAPs overwhelmingly operate with advance checks or cash), no verification of the producer's compliance with the national AMAP charter.
Demo data: two producers with their product catalogs, seven members with contracts at different stages (draft, confirmed, completed), several weeks of past and upcoming distributions with checked-off pickups (including one uncollected basket to handle), and a partially filled volunteer duty roster.
