Paid extension of the free app dyo_amap_lite, for Odoo 19 Community. It installs on top of it without asking for or re-entering anything: the producers, contracts, distributions, pickups and volunteer shifts already recorded stay in place and gain the following.

Contract invoicing. A button on the contract creates the customer invoice for the season, one line per committed product, labeled with the weekly quantity, the number of deliveries and the producer's name. AMAPs (community-supported agriculture groups) overwhelmingly operate with checks paid in advance or cash: the invoice is not an online payment but the reference payment schedule, with payment terms in several installments if the organization uses them. A contract that has already been invoiced, or that is canceled, cannot be invoiced.

Late payment reminders. A scheduled action creates an Odoo activity for the coordinator on each contract whose posted invoice is overdue by the configured period — only once per contract while the activity remains open.

Standard basket built automatically. A button on the distribution aggregates, product by product, the confirmed contracts whose period covers that date: total quantity and number of contracts involved. Pressed twice, it rebuilds without duplicating lines. This is what “helps the producer plan their production” week by week.

Two PDF reports. Distribution sheet (standard basket for the session, expected members and pickups to check off) and production forecast sheet per producer (volumes committed per product on confirmed contracts).

Dashboard. Active members, active contracts, active producers, committed weekly volume, invoiced revenue excluding taxes, collection rate, uncollected baskets to process and volunteer shifts to fill.

Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): no management of the farm production logistics themselves, no integrated online payment, no verification that the producer complies with the national AMAP charter, no one-off sales outside a contract.
