French Non-Profit Association Management (loi 1901) — DYONYSOS

The “invoicing and tax receipts” extension of the free edition dyo_association_lite. Members, their dues and due dates, general meetings and board mandates come from the free module; this one adds dues invoicing, automatic reminders, donations and tax receipts, for Odoo 19 Community.

Invoiced membership fees. The fee call from the free edition is complemented by the automatic creation and posting of a customer invoice (standard Accounting module), with automatic payment tracking and email reminders up to a configurable maximum number.

Donations and tax receipts. Recording a donation, generating a numbered tax receipt (article 200 or 238 bis of the Code général des impôts, depending on the donor). The tax reduction rate and the receipt's legal notices are fully configurable in the settings, never hard-coded, and frozen on each receipt when it is issued. Important: this module neither checks nor guarantees the association's eligibility to issue such receipts — a checkbox in the settings requires explicit confirmation before any receipt is issued.

Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): it does not verify the association's tax eligibility, transmits nothing electronically to the authorities, no electronic voting, no full nonprofit accounting (balance sheet, income statement).
