Nursery Management Lite — Child Records, Contracts and Forecast Schedule (free)

What it does

• Child records — legal guardians, payer, emergency contacts, third parties authorized to pick up the child, permissions (image rights, outings), medical information and family quotient.

• Care contracts — regular care on a monthly hourly package or occasional care, with the hourly rate resolved from a family-quotient grid.

• Planned schedule — attendance by day, half-day or time range, absence reason.

What it does not do

• Licensed capacity control: here, nothing prevents scheduling more children than the facility is licensed to care for.

• Actual clock-in and clock-out records, and therefore the hours actually worked.

• Monthly invoicing — overtime, absences deducted according to their reason, quotation then invoice.

• The occupancy rate.
