DYONYSOS Industry Catalog — Technical Foundation

A free technical module, installed automatically as a dependency of the DYONYSOS industry apps for Odoo 19 Community (rental properties, concierge services, associations, tobacconist-newsagents, schools, holiday day camps, daycare centers, childminders, food trades, taxis, independent nurses, lawyers, public tenders...).

It provides only what is genuinely common to these thirteen lines of business, each of which follows a “person” (child, pupil, member, patient, client) over time:

• the dyo.metiers.beneficiary.mixin mixin — beneficiary file: contact record of the person followed, sequential file reference, status (draft / active / archived), linked responsible parties (legal representatives, payer, emergency contact, authorized third party) and legal GDPR purge date calculated from the configured retention period;

• the dyo.metiers.attendance.mixin mixin — attendance and time tracking: planned slot (day, half-day or custom time range), actual check-in and check-out, absence reason;

• the dyo.metiers.absence.reason model — shared absence reasons, with a “still invoiced” checkbox to distinguish an absence deductible from invoicing (medical certificate, closure) from one that is not (personal convenience);

• the dyo.metiers.pricing.grid.mixin mixin and the dyo.metiers.pricing.grid / dyo.metiers.pricing.grid.line models — scale-based pricing (bands of a reference value, for example a family quotient, mapped to a rate);

• the dyo.metiers.responsible model — responsible parties linked to a file, on the same polymorphic principle (res_model / res_id) as mail.activity in standard Odoo;

• two generic security groups (User / Manager) that each application in the suite can reuse or extend rather than defining its own hierarchy;

• a company setting: retention period for beneficiary records (GDPR).

It has no user menu of its own: each application in the bundle provides its own configuration screens for absence reasons and rate grids.
