Packlink Connector for Odoo Community

Packlink PRO becomes a fully fledged Odoo shipping method: the rate is calculated on the quotation, the label is purchased when the delivery order is validated, and tracking updates on its own.

• Live rates — when you click “Get rate”, the module queries Packlink with the parcel's actual weight and dimensions and selects the cheapest service, or the service you have enforced on the shipping method.

• Label purchase on validation — the shipment is created in Packlink, the PDF label is attached to the delivery order and the tracking number is filled in on the transfer and the order.

• Automatic tracking — a scheduled action refreshes the status of shipments in transit and logs each step in the transfer's chatter.

• Cancellation — a button cancels the shipment on the Packlink side as long as it has not been picked up.

• Amazon — if the Amazon Community connector is installed, the Packlink carrier name and tracking number are sent to Amazon in the shipment confirmation, mapped to the carrier names Amazon expects (Chronopost, Colissimo, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS…).

• Call log — every API call is traced: operation, shipment, duration, status, error message.

Multi-account and multi-company. The API URL and the authentication header are configurable, so API changes can be followed without updating the module.
