Anonymization is the point, not an option. A profile sent to an end client carries neither the consultant's name, nor that of their current employer, nor often that of their school — so that the client does not poach them directly. The module produces two renderings of the same profile, never two entries: the full internal version and the anonymized client version. The day the same information is entered twice, the two versions sooner or later diverge — here, anonymization is a computation on the same data, never a second form.

End clients can be masked too. A consultant worked “for a major French banking group”, not for “Société Générale” — unless that original client has expressly authorized the named reference. Each engagement therefore has an anonymized label and a permission to cite the name, and the client file automatically applies one or the other, engagement by engagement.

A hierarchical, graded skills framework. Domain, then technology, then level (basic, operational, advanced, expert) and years of practice per consultant. This is what lets you answer a call for tenders — “how many of our consultants are experts in this technology with more than five years of practice” — without reopening a spreadsheet.

Fit to a requirement is calculated, never eyeballed. A client requirement carries required skills with a minimum level; the module calculates the match rate of each candidate consultant and lists precisely what is missing, rather than relying on the salesperson's opinion alone.

GDPR is not decorative. The file contains personal data processed for commercial purposes: date of last update by the consultant, retention period, flagging of outdated files — and the module refuses to generate the client version if the consultant's consent to distribution has not been recorded, explaining what to do.
