Event Caterers — full edition — DYONYSOS

Paid extension of the free app dyo_traiteurs_lite, for Odoo 19 Community. It installs on top of it without asking for or re-entering anything: the events, menus, assigned staff and logistics checklist already recorded stay in place and gain the following.

Priced quotations. A quotation is built from a menu package and the number of guests, with free-form option lines (open bar, tiered cake, entertainment...) and a configurable percentage deposit. Only one quotation can be accepted per event, and accepting it confirms the event if it was still in draft.

Invoicing. The accepted quotation is invoiced in one or two steps: a down payment at the configured percentage, then the balance — the two amounts are never invoiced twice.

Projected margin. Each event shows its projected margin: the accepted quotation amount, minus the estimated food cost of the menu (per guest) and the estimated staff cost (planned hours × hourly rate).

Follow-up on unanswered quotations. A scheduled action creates an Odoo activity, with no duplicate while it remains open, for a sent quotation that has gone unanswered beyond a configurable period.

PDF reports. Detailed quotation and service sheet (menu, allergens, assigned staff, logistics checklist) in the standard Odoo format (web.external_layout).

Dashboard. Average margin per event, revenue excluding taxes for the month, quotation conversion rate, upcoming events, pending quotations, staffing and logistics alerts.

Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): it does not handle payroll for temporary staff (extra contracts, DPAE) — it remains a planning tool, not a payroll tool; no full HACCP management (temperature logs, lot traceability) or regulatory allergen declaration — only the informational display of allergens declared on each dish is covered; it does not calculate automatic optimized quotations, pricing remains assisted; no advanced multi-event analytic accounting.

Demo data: on top of the free edition's data, quotations at different stages (pending, declined, accepted and invoiced in full or for the deposit only) on the existing events, so that the dashboard shows realistic revenue, margin and conversion rate from installation.
