Overview
Holiday Day Camp / Leisure Center Lite — DYONYSOS
The free version of the management app for youth group care and holiday centers (associations, municipal services), for Odoo 19 Community. Free for good: no time limit, no record cap, no advertising banner in the work screens.
What it does
Programs and age groups — a program (Wednesdays, school holidays) is divided into age groups, each with its maximum capacity.
Enrollments — a child's file for a stay and a group (legal guardians, payer, emergency contacts, third parties authorized to pick up the child), with group capacity and age consistency checked automatically.
Staff — group leaders and directors assigned to a stay or a group, with their declared qualification (BAFA, BAFD, trainee...).
Attendance — daily check-in of children and staff on a shared model.
The regulatory supervision ratio, calculated in real time. Fully configurable rules (Configuration menu) link an age group and a type of care to a number of children per supervisor. On each planned activity, the application compares in real time the children and supervisors actually present with what is required, with a visual alert in case of a gap — this feature deliberately remains free, since it is what makes it possible to run a leisure center with this edition alone.
What it does not do
Invoicing based on the family quotient — calculated on actual attendance, rate grid, customer invoice.
The daily attendance report in a format intended for an inspection (SDJES or equivalent), with the named list of children and staff present each day.
All of this belongs to the full edition, Recreation Center and Day Camp Management.
The two modules install on top of each other: nothing needs to be re-entered when moving to the full edition.

Important — what the module does not do (see also the dedicated section above and the README): no electronic filing of attendance numbers with the SDJES, no verification of supervision qualifications against an official register, no accommodation management for overnight stays. The supervision thresholds provided by default are commonly cited values, explicitly marked "to be verified": they do not replace validation by a professional in the sector.
