Terms of sale and use
Seller
Omnifloo is operated and sold by DYONYSOS SASU, registered with the Bayonne Trade and Companies Register under number 999 108 558. The registered office and VAT number are stated in the legal notice.
These general terms are intended for business customers. The accepted order, quotation or specific contract confirms the service scope, price, taxes, start date, term, support and any special conditions. If documents conflict, the signed specific terms and order take precedence over these general terms.
Service and customer responsibilities
Omnifloo provides access to the applications, hosting and assistance identified in the order. Configuration, migration, training, custom development, third-party services and production deployment are included only when expressly listed. The customer supplies lawful, accurate data, manages authorised users and credentials, and cooperates with tests and acceptance.
Prices, taxes and additional work
Public prices are monthly prices excluding VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The order displays the billing frequency, applicable taxes and any one-off setup, migration, consulting, storage, volume or third-party fees before commitment. Work outside the agreed scope requires the customer's prior agreement.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Unless the order states a fixed term or another frequency, paid plans renew monthly. The customer may request cancellation before the next renewal date through the secure contact form; access continues until the end of the paid period unless the parties agree otherwise. Amounts already due remain payable. Any trial duration and conversion conditions are shown before activation.
Suspension
DYONYSOS SASU may suspend affected access after notice for overdue payment, material breach, unlawful use or a risk to security or service integrity. Immediate limited action may be taken for an urgent security or legal risk. Where reasonably possible, the customer is informed of the reason and the steps required to restore access.
Support and service changes
Support channels, service hours, response objectives, maintenance windows and any service-level commitment are those stated in the selected plan or order. They are not guaranteed unless expressly contractual. Necessary security, maintenance and compatibility changes may be made while limiting avoidable disruption.
Data, service providers and confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only to deliver or receive the service. The privacy notice describes DYONYSOS SASU processing as controller. Where DYONYSOS SASU acts as processor for customer data, the parties agree the required data-processing terms, instructions, security measures and relevant service providers before production use.
Export, reversibility and closure
The customer remains responsible for the data it enters and may request an export in the standard formats available for the subscribed applications. The order specifies any assisted export, migration work, deadline, format and fee. After closure and the agreed recovery period, remaining service data is deleted or anonymised subject to legal retention duties and documented backup cycles.
Acceptable use and third-party components
The service must not be used unlawfully, to infringe rights, compromise security or disrupt other users. Odoo, open-source modules and external services remain subject to their respective licences and terms. Their availability and features may change independently of DYONYSOS SASU.
Contact and contractual review
Questions, cancellation requests and contract notices can be submitted through the secure contact form. The complete order and contractual documents must be reviewed and accepted by the customer before paid service is activated.
