The subscriptions and invoicing extension of the free edition dyo_conciergerie_lite. Residences, residents, service requests, service providers and job scheduling come from the free module; this one adds the resident's subscription, the rate paid to the service provider, invoicing, and the concierge service's margin on a subcontracted service.

A deliberate choice of scope. Concierge services for travelers (furnished tourist rentals, high turnover, systematic per-service billing) are a different business, already close to rental property management (dyo_location_biens) on the owner side. Mixing both uses in a single data model would have produced an application that serves both audiences poorly. This module covers residential concierge services only: long-term residents, a monthly subscription or per-service billing, in-house or external providers.

Subscriptions. The resident's plan — beneficiary record from the dyo_metiers_common foundation (reference, status, linked responsible persons, GDPR purge) — either monthly (flat rate, optionally resolved automatically from a rate grid based on dwelling floor area) or pay-per-use (every service invoiced individually).

Provider rate. The rate the concierge service pays its external providers, added to the provider profile from the free edition — which makes it possible to calculate the margin earned on a subcontracted service.

Invoicing. A service call is invoiced to the resident per service (direct invoice, account.move) or covered by their monthly subscription (the subscription itself being invoiced separately, monthly). The invoiced rate and the provider's cost are locked when the service call is created: a later change in the provider's rate or the service price never retroactively alters a service call that has already been created.

Margin. The concierge service's margin (price invoiced to the resident minus cost paid to the service provider) is added to each job from the free edition, with a dashboard in pivot and graph views by residence and by provider.

Important — what the application does not do (see the dedicated section of this listing and the README): no guest concierge service or short-term rental management, no dedicated resident mobile app (standard Odoo portal only), no integrated online payment, no key/access badge management, no service provider marketplace with public ratings.

Demo data: the residences, residents and service providers come from the free edition; this one adds a subscription rate grid, two monthly subscriptions resolved by that grid, one à la carte subscription, and the rates of the two demo service providers.
